Commitment of the Mathematics Educational Supervisors with the Work Ethics from the Perspective of Mafraq District’s Teachers

Abstract

study has aimed investigating The Supervisor’s of Mathematics

Commitment of Supervision Ethics Degree from Mafraq District Teachers’

Point of View, seeking to know sex , experience, and qualification variables

and the effect of the dual reactions among these variables on the supervisors’

recognition on of the supervision ethics. The study sample Consists of (223)

male and female teachers from government schools in Mafraq. To achieve

the study goals, the job ethics measurement tool, which consists of (52) items,

was used and made sure of its validity and liability. The study has come up

with the following: the supervisor’s relation with the job itself comes first

with a mean abbot (3. 47) and the supervisor’s relation with local community

comes second with a mean of (2. 86) , whereas the supervisor’s relation with

teachers come third with a mean of (2. 68) . So the supervisors’ job commitment

degree was medium. No statistical differences related to sex variables in the

teachers’ estimations of the supervisors’ job ethics commitment degree, but

there are statistical differences related to qualification variable. There are no

statistical differences related to the dual reactions between the qualification

and sex variables. These differences came for male teachers whose experience

less than 5 years
