الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف إلى مستوى كفاءة المعلمين الجماعية، ومستوى رضاهم الوظيفي، والتعرف فيما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى كفاءة المعلمين الجماعية تعزى لمتغير: الجنس، ومستوى المدرسة، وعدد سنوات الخبرة، كما هدفت إلى فحص العلاقة الارتباطية بين كفاءة المعلمين الجماعية ورضاهم الوظيفي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام مقياس كفاءة المعلمين الجماعية، ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (572) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي مديرية تربية وتعليم جرش، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى كفاءة المعلمين الجماعية والرضا الوظيفي كان متوسطاً، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى كفاءة المعلمين الجماعية تعزى لمتغير الجنس ومستوى المدرسة، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى كفاءة المعلمين الجماعية تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، لصالح المعلمين الذين تقل خبرتهم عن (10) سنوات. وكذلك أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين كفاءة المعلمين الجماعية والرضا الوظيفي.
