The importance of the tools of strategic analysis is illustrating the general state of the enterprise in a certain period through using a specific approach through categorizing a vast amount of information to have an inventory of data that is essential for making decisions at the enterprise which eventually leads to a better performance of the enterprise.
The Field Study includes the use of strategic analysis tools to evaluate the performance of Edough Annaba Dairy Company in Algeria in order to determine its strengths, weaknesses though using internal analysis tools and external Strategic analysis tools to identify opportunities and threats. Finally, mixed analysis tools were used to create a general strategy for the company.
