Human Investment Strategy in light of the Methodologies of the European Excellence Model EFQM in accordance with the Logic of the "RADAR": An Analytical Study

This research aims to identify the role and the strategic importance of the investment in the human capital, and to demonstrate its contribution to the achievement of an excellent performance within the modern economic institutions in light of the development of the methodologies of the European Excellence Model EFQM, and according to the logic of the radar. The study results are as follows:
1. The application of the methodologies of the European Excellence Model EFQM depends on an efficient investment in the available knowledge, competencies and skills through developing the education, training and performance evaluation.
2. The development of possibilities in accordance with RADAR system depends on the efficiency of the return of the investment in the human capital, through the development of creativity and innovation to achieve outstanding performance results.
