The Relationships Between Organizational Dimensions and Assessment of Job Performance at Private Universities in Yemen

The study aims at identifying the relationship between the organizational dimensions and the assessment of job performance at the private universities in Yemen. This study was conducted on five private universities in Yemen. A descriptive method was used in addition to the SPSS software to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a strong correlation between organizational dimensions and the assessment of job performance. In addition, there was a high level of job performance assessment according to the employees’ responses. The researchers recommend that the senior managements in the Yemeni universities should pay attention to the human dimension and keep up with the technological advancements
