Financial Globalization: Path and philosophy
Keywords:
Financial Globalization, Financial development, financial technology, financial crisis, protectionism.Abstract
This research aims at addressing the problem concerning the possible defection of financial globalization under the constant evolution of technology, or taking new forms to appear through them. This problem was addressed in the context of a theoretical study, by examining some of the relationships of financial globalization and their effects on the path of globalization, and discussing the dominant and the alternative ideas related to the globalization process. The research has reached some conclusions, including the continued link between technology and finance, and the lack of sufficient awareness that can crystallize new ideas capable of change. The research recommends:
• The use of globalization tools, including technology and openness, to weave local awareness.
• "Local solidarity" should be valued through the alternatives it offers.
• The ongoing calls for a new revolution in economic thought and political philosophy.
