In today's turbulent and unstable world, traders are exposed to a variety of risks, which lead them to move strategically. The selfishness of the traders and their limited rationality cause them to behave improperly to preserve their interests, which negatively affects the stability and prosperity of economic transactions. In this study, the researcher will try to highlight how the Islamic “SHARIA” have efficiently mentioned and regulated the negative strategic comportment, and the failure of economic theories to approach the problem and provide solutions
