The Role of the Administrative Creativity in the Organizational Excellence at the Palestinian Ministries in the Northern Governorates from the Employees perspective

This study aimed at identifying the role of administrative creativity in the organizational excellence at the Palestinian ministries in the Northern Governorates. To achieve the study goal, the researchers designed a questionnaire. The researchers distributed the questionnaire on a sample that consisted of (458) employees working at the Palestinian ministries in the Northern Governorates. The results showed that the administrative creativity explained (39%) of the organizational excellence. The results also showed that there were no statistical differences in the administrative creativity and organizational excellence due to the variables of gender and qualification. However, there were statistical differences in the administrative creativity and organizational excellence due to the variables of experience and job position. The researchers concluded several recommendations, such as adopting administrative creativity at the Palestinian ministries as a strategy to achieve excellence and obtain high quality performance.
