Employees’ trends about the quality of working life In Gaza Municipality

The study aims to identify Gaza Municipality employees’ trends about the
quality of working life inside the Municipality of Gaza. The researcher used a
descriptive analytical approach in describing the situation under study. Data
were collected by a questionnaire which consists of (59) statements as a tool
for the study, on a random sample of (202) workers in the municipality of Gaza.
The most important findings of the study were, the level of employees’ trends
toward the dimension (working conditions, morale, and job characteristics)
was high with relative weight (70.83%) , and the employees’ trends level
towards the dimensions of the quality of work life (working conditions,
morale, job characteristics) was high with relative weight between (75.75% to
37.65%) . While the employees’ trends towards dimensions (justice of wages,
rewards and incentives, group work, administrative leadership, effective
supervision and participation in decision- making) was average with relative
weight range (65.43% to 69.79%)Downloads
