This research paper, “values and ethics of contemporary role in
reducing corruption in the management of contemporary organizations”
is about an important topic of great interest to many governments,
universities, and international and local organizations, which is the
eradication of administrative corruption in developing countries.
The research shows the theoretical framework for business ethics and the
rules that govern behavior in public office, explains reasons for administrative
corruption and their effects, and how to confront and treat them.
The researcher concludes that administration ethics has not received adequate
attention, and the reason for the absence of ethics is the spread of financial
and administrative corruption in governmental and private sectors. There
are internal and external challenges facing the ethics in management, for
example, the end justifies the means. Thus, it is important to lay foundations
for ethical standards
