Abstract

The research aims to identify the reality of the application of roaming

management from the point of views of the employees in the University of

PalestineIn order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher

had used the descriptive approach and applied a questionnaire that consist

of (58) items to measure the trends of employees towards the implementation

of the management roaming in the UniversityThe terms of research had been

applied on a random sample consist of (140) participant from administrative

and academic staff in UniversityThe most important research results was the

level of application of roaming management in the University of Palestine

was averageHence, the total value for all questionnaire was of relative

weight (78.74%) The results showed that the level of the application of

roaming management of dimensions (discovery of the facts and information

collection, improve and teamwork, motivate discerning workers, pushing

toward development and creativity, and promote the principle of feedback)

was moderate, with a relative weight of those dimensions was ranging between

(79.75 - 76.73) The results also showed that there is a statistical significant

differences between the age categories (20 - <35) and between age categories

of (35 - <45) and age categories of (45 - <60) in favor to the categories (35 -

<45) , and categories (45 - <60) , while there is no clear differences between

other variablesResearch recommends that the administration must roam

among workers to motivate those discerning ones and gives them incentive

bonuses in front of their peer’s workers
