The Impact of Knowledge Management on the Employees’ Performance at Ooredoo Telecommunication Company in Bethlehem

This study sought to investigate the impact of knowledge management on the performance of the employees of Ooredoo Mobile Communications Company in Bethlehem Governorate. The sample of the study consisted of the total study population, 28 employees, who received a questionnaire. The response rate was 100%. The study found that knowledge management had an impact on learning, adaptation and satisfaction of individuals who work for Ooredoo Company. The study recommended that the Company should continue to take care of knowledge management and encourage employees to share and use the knowledge they own. In addition, the Company should provide the necessary information to all employees in order to encourage them to explore constantly new knowledge.
