Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop a model to evaluate the quality of

banking services, how to apply it in financial and banking organizations

that provide such services, to present and discuss the requirements of the

application, to show the difficulties and problems and how to address them.

The study is important because it suggests a novel approach to assess some

aspects of banking activities and highlights how to judge the quality of

banking services through a suggested model. The study examines the quality

of banking services as a separate topic in comparison with other specialized

studies that did not address the issue of the quality of bank services
