The Impact of the Empowerment of Management on the Creativity of the Employees at the Palestinian Telecommunication Company

The aim of this study is to identify the impact of the dimensions of
administrative empowerment upon the creative behavior of the employees in
the Palestinian Telecommunication Company.Moreover, it aimed to identify
the differences in impact of some demographic variables (gender, scientific
qualification, years of experience, major and position) upon the level of impact
of the administrative empowerment dimensions upon the creative behavior of
these employees.The sample of the study consisted of (300) employees (male
and female) who were chosen randomly according to their job’s nature.
The results indicated that the value of the calculated significance for the
sample of the study is statistically significant at (a≤0.05) on all items (delegation
of authority, work team, training and education, effective communication,
and workers enhancement) .It showed from the model of Simple Regression
Analysis Test of the administrative empowerment impact upon the creative
behavior of the employees in the Palestinian telecommunication company
that the value of (R²) reached (0.734) , which means that the administrative
empowerment illustrates (%73.4) of the variation in the creative behavior and
the rest ratio (%26.6) is related to other variables that are not included in
the regression model.The study recommended the following: workers should
be enhanced physically and financially, and the company is encourage to
use other sides and dimensions for the administrative empowerment that are
not used in the current model of the study such as: authority delegation, job
enrichment, welfare and reduction in formality behaviorsDownloads
