The Relation between Organizational Climate and Employees Loyalty: a Field Study on the National Aluminum & Profile Company (NAPCO) in Nablus

The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between the
organizational climate and the organizational loyalty according to the
employees› perspectives in the National Aluminum Palestinian Company
(NAPCO) in Nablus.Another purpose of the paper is to identify several
variables such as work, gender, age, years of experience and academic
qualification.For achieving the study purpose, a questionnaire consisting of
(36) items and two domains have been developed.It was distributed among
of (70) individuals of the study sample, and then gathered, codified, entered
the computer and statistically processed by using the statistical package
of social science (SPSS) .The study results show a high degree on first and
second domains and a significant relationship between organizational
climate and organizational loyalty among the employees in (NAPCO) .The
results also show that there are no statistical significant differences at
(a = 0.05) about the organizational climate and organizational loyalty
among the employees according to their perspectives due to the variable of
years of experience.
I recommend that there is a necessity of enhancing the levels of
organizational climate between the employees and administration;
moreover, there should be an enhancement of motivation factors and
democratic climate.
