Organizational Learning Culture at CGS LaBelle Annaba Enterprise

The present study aims to identify the adoption level of organizational
learning culture within CGS LaBelle Annaba Enterprise.Based on the
review of the literature, a model was adopted.This model illustrates a set of
organizational learning cultural values, which were represented as follows:
transparency, inquiry, accountability, integrity and issue orientation.The
organizational learning culture questionnaires were distributed to a sample
of 96 employees and 46 usable responses were received.In order to answer
the study questions, Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient, frequencies, percentages,
standard deviation, and means were utilized.The results showed that the level
of organizational learning culture within CGS LaBelle Annaba Enterprise
was medium.The most important recommendation of the research is that CGS
LaBELLE Annaba Enterprise should pay attention and to take care to create
and disseminate organizational learning culture values.
