The Impact of the Re- Engineering of Administrative Processes on the Performance of Human Resources in Irbid Governorate Electricity Company

This study seeks to identify the effect of administrative processes re - engineering on human resource performance in Irbid Governorate Electricity Company. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach. The researcher developed a questionnaire containing 25 questions. It was distributed to 175 employees at Irbid Governorate Electricity Company, to achieve the goal of this study. The study concluded several results, most importantly there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance a≤0.05 in the impact of re - engineering administrative processes with all its dimensions (communication, strategy, willingness to change) on the performance of human resources with all its dimensions (quality of services, improvement of the capabilities of employees) at Irbid Governorate electricity company. The researcher recommends that the Company should focus on changing its internal system through providing incentives and rewards for hard - working employees who are able to provide new innovative ideas.
