A Proposed Framework for the development of emotional capital to manage the crisis in the municipalities which are located in the Southern Gaza Strip

This research aimed to review the role of
emotional capital in managing crises through
its application on the employees in Gaza Strip
municipalities and to identify the nature of the
relationship in addition to showing the impact
of emotional capital in managing crisis. It had
been tested through the research hypotheses and
the research tool that had been prepared and
distributed on samples consisting of 120 employees.
(106) questionnaires have been collected. The
research concluded a set of the following results: the
employees have a high degree of emotional capital
and high capacity in managing the crisis. It also
shows a positive correlation between the emotional
capital and managing the crisis. Moreover, It also
show the existence of the impact of the dimensions
of emotional capital in managing crisis with the
exception of managing and organizing the returns
of emotional trend. The proposed framework has
been created for the adoption of its phases for the
development of dimensions of emotional capital
