The researcher administrated a questionnaire of 40 items, divided into human resources management domains and administrative creativity domains. The results showed that the level of the practice of human resources management was average as well as the level of administrative creativity. Furthermore, there were no significant statistical differences attributed to gender and academic position in the samples’ perception of the practices of human resources management and administrative creativity; while there were differences attributed to experience, in favor of more than 15 years of experience. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between the practices of human resources management and administrative creativity.
