Role of Organizational Learning in Supporting Psychological Empowerment An Applied Study on Private High Schools in Aleppo

The aim of this study is to investigate
the relation of organizational learning in
supporting psychological empowerment in high
private schools in Aleppo city. This research
has based on a sample made of (217) teachers
working at private high schools, there was many
assumptions and researchers use SPSS program.
Researchers have found by simple regression that
organizational learning influencing supporting
psychological empowerment in private high
schools in Aleppo.
