The Contribution of Artificial Intelligence Applications to Emotional Intelligence Among Palestinian University Students

Objectives: The study aimed to identify the degree of contribution of artificial intelligence (AI) to emotional intelligence among Palestinian university students
Methodology: The researchers used the descriptive correlational method, applying the study measures to a random cluster sample consisting of 382 students from Palestinian universities.
Results: The results showed that the levels of artificial intelligence low, while the level of emotional intelligence was average. The results also indicated a statistically significant correlation between AI applications and emotional intelligence among Palestinian university students, with a positive direct relationship; meaning that as the degree of AI application increased, the level of emotional intelligence also increased. Additionally.
Conclusion: Recommendations include organizing workshops and awareness seminars for university students on the use of AI applications, providing programs to enhance emotional intelligence for Palestinian university students, promoting social activities that foster effective communication among students, integrating AI applications into academic processes to improve emotional intelligence, and developing and applying AI tools to enhance emotional intelligence skills among students.
