Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  •   The Researcher should submit a letter addressing the Head of Editorial Board in which he/she requests his paper to be published in the Journal, specifying the specialization of his/her paper.

  •   The researcher should submit his research via email to the Deanship of Scientific research ([email protected]) in Microsoft Word Format, taking into

    Consideration that the page layout should be two columns.

  •   The Researcher should submit a written pledge that the paper has not been published nor submitted for publishing in any other periodical, and that it is not a chapter or a part of a published book.

  •   The Researcher should submit a short Curriculum Vitae (CV) in which she/he includes full name, workplace, academic rank, specific specialization and contact information (phone and mobile number, and e-mail address).

  •    Complete copy of the data collection tools (questionnaire or other) if not included in the paper itself or the Annexes.

  •   No indication shall be given regarding the name or the identity of the researcher in the research paper, in order to ensure the confidentiality of the arbitration process.

Author Guidelines

First: Requirements of preparing the research

The research must include the following:

1-    A cover page which should include the title of the research stated in English and Arabic, including the name of researcher/researchers, his/her title, and email.

2-    Two abstracts (English and Arabic) around (100-150 word). The abstract should include no more than 6 key words.

3-    The research must include the following components:

  • An introduction that includes a theoretical context and mentioning of previous studies on the topic.
  • The research problem, objectives, research questions and/or hypothesis.
  • The importance of the study and its limitations and determinants.
  • Definition of key terms including theories and methodologies.
  • The study methodology should include: the sample, the tools, definitions of the related terminology and methodologies, the viability of the used tools and the method of data analysis.
  • Discussion and results: this section includes data analysis and discussion of results.
  • Recommendations
  • footnotes
  • Bibliography and References and their classification based on the used language.
  • Annexes and appendix, if there are any.

4-    Graphs and diagrams should be placed within the text, serially numbered, and their titles, comments or remarks should be placed underneath.

5-    Tables should be placed within the text, serially numbered and titles should be written above the tables, whereas comments or any remarks should be written underneath the tables.
