Domestic Violence in Amman: A Field Study on a sample of Battered Women from an Educational Perspective

This study aimed to identify the levels of domestic violence in Amman:
a field study on battered women from Educational Perspective. The sample
consisted of (250) Women. A questionnaire was applied. The results showed
that women highly faced incorporeal, social, economic and sexual violence.
Women faced violence in a medium level. The results also showed no statistical
differences due to the women age, while it showed statistical difference due
to spouse educational level. The researcher recommends protecting women
against violence by specialized associations.
