The effect of a training program based on developing the the skills of employing classroom questions of Arabic language teachers

The current study aims to measure the effect of a training program based on improving the skills of employing the classroom questions of the Arabic language teachers.
Anyway, the sample consists of 16 teachers (male and female) who teach the tenth grade and they are chosen intentionally from schools of Zarqa Directorate /1 in the second semester 2014-2015. In addition, the teachers have been divided randomly into two groups. Furthermore, the results of the current study show that the program is effective in improving asking questions skills to the teachers and they show that there is no effect of interaction between the program and gender in improving the level of employing questions’ skills to the teachers is due to the program.
