Abstract

The purpose of this study is to show the practice degree of physical education teachers in the northeastern Badia in Jordan for leadership skills from the perspective of their principals, and to show the effect of the study variables (Gender, School's Stage, Qualification, Years of Experience in Management) in principals' estimates to the practice degree of those teachers for leadership skills. The sample of the study consisted of (58) principals which were chosen in Stratified Random way. A questionnaire consisted of (36) items was built. The study results showed that the practice degree of physical education teachers for leadership skills from the perspective of their principals was high, and showed that there were no significant statistical differences at the level of statistical significance (α=0.05) between the averages in Principals estimates for the practice degree of teachers for the leadership skills due to the variables of the study.
