The Effect of Applying Academic Accreditation at the Faculty of Education at King Saud University on the Performance of its Staff Members from their Perspective

This study aimed at recognizing the effect of applying academic
accreditation in the Faculty of Education in King Saud University on the
performance of its staff members from their point of view .The researcher used
the descriptive approach by developing a questionnaire and distributing it on
a sample which includes all the staff members at the Faculty of Education in
King Saud University (366) during the second semester of the academic year
2013/ 2014 .Results revealed that the score of the effect of applying academic
accreditation on the performance of staff members was medium as the mean
score was (3.45) .The domain of scientific research came first with (3.86)
.Social service came second with (3.82) and teaching performance with
(2.68) .Results showed that there were no statistically significant differences
between mean scores of staff members’ responses related to experience or
academic position .
