Reasons behind Divorce in Jordan and its Educational Implications.

The purpose of this study was to identify the causes of the phenomenon
of divorce in Jordan from the point of view of divorcing and divorced and
Shari’a judges and the educational implications of this phenomenon on family
members, and then proposals to reduce the phenomenon of divorce from the
point of view of divorcing and divorced and Shari’a judges.
The study population consisted of (5041) members of them (4884) never
absolute, and (157) legitimately judge, was chosen as a representative sample
of the study population stratified available consisting of (74) at all, and (98)
a judge.
The results of the study showed that the personal reasons were the most
cause of the phenomenon of divorce from the perspective of divorced. Reasons
were social and family is the most cause of the phenomenon of divorce from
the perspective of Shari’a judges.
The study concluded that many of the recommendations, notably:
- Include curriculum materials related to the composition and duties of
family and mission commensurate with each grade level or age, especially
