Researchers used a questionnaire as a tool for the study, which consisted
of (36) items that are divided into four areas: crises sensor, planning for
crises, responding to crises and taking advantage of the crisis. Researchers
checked the validity, stability and reliability of the tools used in the
study (Cronbach›s alpha) (0.96) . The study sample consisted of (42) of
managers, deputies and counselors. The descriptive survey methodology
is used. The results showed a very high degree for the advantage of crises
after they happened, the field of crisis response and planning for crises,
but a medium degree for the field sensor crises. The study assumptions
showed the existence of differences on the field of planning and sensor
crisis. The variable sex is in favor of males, but there are no significant
statistical differences on the variable of specialization, qualifications,
nature of work and years of service. The researchers recommended that
educationists should be benefited from the experiences, plans and practices
of Arab and foreign education institutions that were exposed to crises and
to provide institutions with database and technological means to predict the
occurrence of crises.
