Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the educational practices among
Education Faculty members at Shaqra University in Al- Dawadmi from their
perspective. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed a
questionnaire that included (29) items, applied to a sample of (25) male and
female faculty members.
The results of the study showed that level of the educational practices
among the individuals of the study sample was of a high degree, with a mean
(4.18) and standard deviation (0.64) , but there weren›t statistically significant
differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) between the arithmetic means
to the estimates of individuals of the study sample individuals attributed to the
study variables.
The researcher recommended holding meetings of faculty members
themselves to share experiences and promote their positive practices, and
holding training courses to faculty members, particularly those who have
been recently appointed, to guide them to positive practices they are required
to observe inside the university.
