The Degree of Awareness of the Teaching Staff of the Importance of Quality Leadership Requirements of the Members of the Reality of Adoption at the Universities of Al- Quds University and Birzeit University in Palestine and King Faisal University in Saudi Arabia

The aim of this study is to identify the perceptions of faculty members
with regard to the quality of leadership in both the universities of Al- Quds,
Birzeit in Palestine, and King Faisal in Saudi Arabia. The study population
consisted of faculty members at the three universities, totaling 303 members.
To achieve the objectives of the study, researchers used a questionnaire
composed of two parts, including four areas and 44 paragraphs that have
been verified to test the validity and reliability of educational and appropriate
statistical methods using Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS)
. The study results showed that professional development and training
gained the highest average 3.81. Second was teaching and learning with
3.66 and third was governance wise with 3.61. The total score of the reality
of the adoption of the leadership was 3.66. The degree of importance of
the requirement was 2.51. At the end, the researchers suggested a set of
recommendations.
