Abstract

The aim of this study is to understand the level of e- learning skills related

to Moodle and virtual classes mastered by Al- Quds Open University students
and to know the differences in their mastering of these skills according to
gender, specialization, academic level and learning region.
The study was applied on a sample consisting of 473 students, 198 male
and 275 female. The study’s questionnaire consisted of the following domains:
general e- learning skills, Moodle skills and virtual class skills.
The study reached the following results:
Al- Quds Open University students mastered all the skills. The relative
weight of the total degree was 70.76%. The results also indicated that there
were statistically significant differences in the degree of mastering e- learning
skills among Al- Quds Open University students relating to gender in favor of
male students. There were also statistically significant differences in the degree
of mastering e- learning skills among Al- Quds Open University students
related to specialization in favor of students in scientfic specialisations.
