The Degree of Jordanian Universities Staff Practices of Technological Competencies and its Relationship to their Job Performance from their Point of View

The study aimed to identify the degree of Jordanian universities staff
practices of technological competencies and its relationship in their job
performance from their point of view.Researcher used the descriptive
analytical method by preparing a questionnaire of (563) faculty members
in the Jordanian public and private universities.The study showed that the
competencies were high in faculty members.There are statistically significant
differences due to the academic rank in technological competencies and job
performance in favor of professors; there were no statistically significant
differences due to the impact of specialization and type of the university.
There are positive relationships between technological competencies and
job performance.The study recommended action plans for the formation of
positive attitudes by holding seminars and other educational activities.
