The Degree of Abundance of High Performance Organizations Characteristics at the Ministry of Education Schools in Nablus Governorate in North Palestine

The purpose of the present study is to identify the degree of abundance of
high performance organizations characteristics at the Ministry of Education
schools in Nablus Governorate in North Palestine.The researcher used
a descriptive approach.The tool of the study was a questionnaire which
was applied on the population of the study of 129 school principals at
the scholastic year 2013/ 2014.The statistical analyses were carried out by
using SPSS; the researcher used (T- Test, One Way ANOVA) to answer the
study questions.The study found out that the total degree of abundance of
high performance organizations characteristics at the for mentioned schools
was medium with significant differences attributed to gender variable in favor
of female schools› principals.There were significant differences attributed
to qualification variable in favor of holders of bachelor or less.There were
significant differences attributed to the administrative years’ experience
variable in six domains: leadership, students, technology, continuous
learning, teaching strategies and achievement in favor of those who spent
less than 5 years.
