The Level of Practicing Creative supervision from mathematics supervisors according to the View of mathematics teachers in schools Mafraq Governorate in Jordan

This study aimed at identifying the Level of
Practicing Creative supervision from mathematics
supervisors according to the View of mathematics
teachers in schools Mafraq Governorate in Jordan.
The study sample consisted of (140) teachers
who were selected randomly, using a questionnaire
which consisted of (36) items after verifying the
validity and reliability of the questionnaire.
The study results showed that the most creative
capabilities are found among math supervisors in
the way they carry out classroom visit in terms of:
flexibility, less ecplanation in a moderate degree,
more flexibility in the supervision approach and the
least sensitive to problems. The study also showed
that there were no statistically significant differences
at the level of significance (a=0.05) due to the
variables of gender. In light of the consequences
of the study, the researchers recommended a set of
recommendations.
