The study aimed at evaluating the new Palestinian mathematics book of the second elementary grade in the light of the quality standards. The researchers used the analytical descriptive method. The sample of the study composed of (165) of the teachers of mathematics, government and UNRWA for the second grade in Rafah. The study covered all the pages of the new Palestinian mathematics books in the first and second chapters of the second grade. The researchers used the tool of content analysis and the questionnaire for the evaluation. The results indicated that the negatives in the first book are many, this is consistent with the second finding that the quality standards in the first book are weak and in the second book are medium. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the availability of the quality standards of the book due to the variable of the institution (government, UNRWA) for government teachers.
