Abstract

This study has been prepared by the employee

at the Higher Council for Youth, Mr. Nayef Abu
Rumman for the purpose of recognizing the level of
satisfaction of the receivers of the Council services
in Jordan from the point of view of the heads of the
youth clubs in the north region namely in Jerash,
Ajloon, Mafraq and Irbid governorates.
The study sample consisted of (75) president in
the four mentioned governorates; a (23) paragraphs
questionnaire and applying TUKEY range test
and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences
(SPSS) analytical method had been used for this
purpose.
The results showed a high level of satisfaction
of the Council for Youth’s services in all the aspects
of the study; it also showed no statistical significant
differences at the (0,05>a) at the satisfaction
of the study sample according to the academic
qualification variable whereas some statistical
significant differences has been noted according to
experience and governorate variable.
The researcher recommends the importance of
the continuation of the positive connectivity amongst
the Higher Council’s employees and the sport clubs
as a whole; and the necessity of conducting a similar
study covering all the rest of the governorates in the
kingdom as well as studies on the Higher Council’s
service receivers.
