The Degree of Educational Supervisors Practice of Human Relations in the Educational Supervision in Nablus City from Teachers› Point of View

This study aimed at identifying the Degree
of educational supervisors’ practice of human
relations in the educational supervision in Nablus
City from teachers’ Point of View. To achieve the
study goal, a questionnaire consisted of (49) items
and (7) domains, was distributed over a sample of
(269) teachers at Nablus directorate of Education.
The study showed that there are statistical
significant differences at (a=0.05) in the degree
of supervisors commitment in practicing human
relations due to gender and there are no
statistical significant differences due to academic
qualification, type of academic qualification and
years of experience. A set of recommendations were
proposed in the light of the study results.
