The Degree of Applying e-Management at Northern Mazar’s Schools and its Development Approaches

The study aimed at identifying the degree of applying e-management at schools in Northern Mazar. The sample of the study consisted of 38 male and female principals and 313 male and female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive research approach through developing and adopting a questionnaire. Results of the study showed that degree of applying e-management at schools in Northern Mazar from the perspective of school principals and teachers was medium. There were statistically significant differences in the degree of applying e-management from the perspective of school principals and teachers, attributed to the impact of the variable of job position, in all of the domains of e-management, except in the domains of electronic planning, and control and electronic evaluation, in favor of school principals. Moreover, there were statistically significant differences in the degree of applying e-management from the perspective of school principals and teachers in all of the domains, attributed to the variable of gender, except in the domain of the control and electronic evaluation, in favor of the females
