Developed Model for Teachers Professional Development According to the Views of Supervisors and Managers Educators

The study aimed to know the reality of
professional development for teachers in Central
Region Schools in Jordan, from the view of
managers, and supervisors and design a model to
develop teachers professionally. The study sample
consisted of (482) as director and supervisor, for
the academic year (2015/ 2014). An analysis of the
study data was crried out, and averages in addition
to standard deviations, and T- test were used. The
results showed that the estimate of the study sample
to the reality of professional development for
teachers of Central Region Schools in Jordan was
(high). In addition, results showed a statistically
significant difference in the reality of professional
development for teachers of Central Region Schools
in Jordan, due to the variable (job type) , in favor
of (males) , and variable (sex) in favor of (female
managers and educational supervisors).
The study concluded «Developed Model for
Professional development of Teachers of Central
Region Schools in Jordan».
