The Healthy Lifestyle Level of Students in the Jordanian Universities During Covid- 19 Pandemic in Light of Gender and Specialization Variables

This study aimed to reveal the healthy lifestyle level of students in the Jordanian universities during Covid- 19 pandemic in light of gender and specialization variables. To achieve the objectives of the study, the healthy lifestyle scale was prepared. The study sample consisted of 983 male and female undergraduate students in Jordanian universities. The results of the study showed that the level of healthy lifestyle of students was moderate, and the results indicated that there were differences in the level of healthy lifestyle due to the gender variable, in favor of female, and there were no differences due to the variable of college type.
