The Reality of the Applying of the Kaizen Methodology by Public School Principals in the Yatta Directorate of Education from the Perspective of the Principals Themselves

Objectives: The study aims to identify the reality of applying the Kaizen methodology among government school principals in the Yatta Education Directorate from the point of view of the principals themselves.
Methodology: The descriptive analytical approach was used considering its suitability for the purposes of the study. The study sample was selected, in a simple random manner, including 79 male and female principals in government schools in the Yatta Education Directorate. The researchers prepared a questionnaire showing the reality of applying the Kaizen methodology, and its psychometric properties were verified.
Results: The results of the study showes that the estimates of the study sample members of the reality of applying the Kaizen methodology among government school principals in the Yatta Education Directorate were high. It also showed differences in the reality of applying the Kaizen methodology attributed to the gender variable in favor of males, while no differences were shown attributed to the variable of experience and educational stage.
Conclusion: The study concludes with recommendations, the most important of which stressed on strengthening the application of the Kaizen methodology by principals in Palestinian schools in general, and the basic and secondary government schools in the Yatta Education Directorate
