The Establishment of Human Relations by Educational Guidance Supervisors at the North-Eastern Educational District in Jordan from the Perspective of Primary Education Teachers

Abstract

The study aimed to identify degree of practice of the educational

supervisors of human relationships from the perspective of primary school

teachers in the northern eastern educational district in Jordan in the light

of the variables of gender, academic qualifications and experience, The

study sample consisted of (140) teachers who were selected randomly.The

researchers used the descriptive method in this study, using a questionnaire

which consisted of (40) items divided into seven domains.The validity and

reliability were checked.

The findings of the study showed that the practice degree of educational

supervisors of human relationships on the total score had come to a medium

degree, and the mostly practiced area is the good example and the least of

these were the practice of cooperation, The study also showed no statistically

significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) due to the variables

of gender, academic qualifications and experience
