Assessment of the Presented Kindergarten Programs in Gaza in accordance with the Children’s Legitimate Rights from the Perspective of the Principals.

This study aimed to identify the legitimate rights of children in
international and domestic treaties, as well as the evaluation of kindergarten
programmes in Gaza in the light of the legal rights of children from
the principal’s viewpoint.It also aimed to detect if there are significant
differences in the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) due to variables of (sex,
supervision, years of service, and educational qualification) .The study used
a questionnaire (63) a distributed on five areas, distributed to (65) items
as director and director (16.5%) members of the original society.The study
found the following results:
The total degree for college class assessing respondents to kindergarten
programmes in Gaza in light of the legal rights of children was (75.728%)
It is an intermediate level, first, on the “right to play” in the first place, the
fifth area (protection from violence and abuse) came in the last place.There
were significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) there were
no attributable to the variables of (sex, years of service, and educational
qualifications) .While there were no differences due to the variable:
dependency (the supervisor) , in favour of private kindergartens.Based on the
above results in this study, the researcher recommends the following:
It is necessary for children to learn in kindergartens through direct
experience as it is more influential and effective.It is necessary to support the
child’s right to knowledge and his right to participate and take responsibility
through the involvement in the preparation of the daily activity programme,
and to make every child involved in such activitiesDownloads
