Attitudes of Public School Teachers towards their development Training Programs and their Professional Advancement.

The aim of this study was to investigate the nature of the prevailing
attitudes of government school teachers in Palestine towards the training
programs provided to them and their impact on the performance of vocational
study sample consisted of a sample of teachers in government schools in
Palestine.The number is (406) teachers who have been selected randomly.
The tool of the study a questionnaire prepared for the purpose of identifying
the (real attitudes of government school teachers in Palestine regarding the
training programs provided to them and their impact on their professional
performance) .It consisted of (44) items divided into five areas.
The results of the study were as follows: :
The overall average responses of the respondents had reached (3.37) ,
which is classified as moderate.
The existence of differences in the variables (Directorate and the number
of cycles and years of experience) .
The lack of differences in the variables (sex, specialization and
qualification)
