The Level of Application of the Supervision Techniques among the Educational Guidance Supervisors from the Perspective of Teachers in Gaza.

The study aims to investigate the extent of practice for the supervisory
techniques for the supervisors in Gaza as perceived by teachers.To achieve
this objective, a self- administrated questionnaire was designed and
distributed over a classifying random sample, consisting of teachers in west
Gaza amounting to (145) .
(145) questionnaires were collected and analyzed.
The study concluded that
♦♦ The extent of the practice of educational supervising methods is acceptable,
it was (52,67%) , &the human relations domain got the first rank while
the domain of developing the teachers professional skills got the last rank.
♦♦ There were statistical differences at (a<0.05) , in the means of the research
sample assessments due to gender in favor of the males.
♦♦ There were no statistical differences at (a<0.05) , in the means of the
research sample assessments due to qualifications.
♦♦ There were statistical differences at (a<0.05) , in the means of the research
sample assessments to the extent of the educational supervising methods
practice, due to the years of employment, in favor of the oldest ones,
Finally the study recommends some suggestions.
