Management by Wandering Around and its Impact on the Development of the Competencies of Kindergartens Teachers in Karak, Jordan

This study aimed to investigate the degree of management by walking
practice and its impact on the development of efficient kindergarten teachers
professionally in Karak in Jordan. To achieve the purpose of this study, a
questionnaire was developed to collect data. The study population consisted
of (103) kindergarten teachers and revealed the following results:
1. The degree of degree of management by walking practice and the level
of the development of efficient kindergarten teachers professionally
were medium.
2. There is an impact of use of degree of management by walking practice
dimensions in the development of efficient kindergarten teachers
professionally which explains (56.9%) of variation in the dependent
variable (development of efficient kindergarten teachers professionally).
The study concluded with the following important recommendations:
that the Ministry of Education should enhance the degree of management
by walking practice and the level of development of efficient kindergarten
teachers professionally by increasing their awareness of and participation
in decision-making. The Ministry should hold training courses to increase
teachers’ education, loyalty and better performance so as to improve the
educational process.
