Results: The results revealed a statistically significant effect of organizational DNA on organizational immunity across all its dimensions, with the strongest effect observed on dimension of proactive organizational learning, and weakest on adaptive flexibility. The findings also indicated that organizational structure and information flows were the most influential components of organizational DNA in shaping immunity.
