The Reality of Using Smart Devices in Learning by Al-Aqsa University Students in Gaza

This study aimed at identifying the reality of using of the students at al-Aqsa University in Gaza of the applications of smart devices in learning, the study also sought to identify the impact of the following variables: the college, academic level, gender and the rate of using on the using applications of smart devices in learning. To achieve the study goals, the descriptive methodology was adopted, the sample of the study consisted of (385) male and female students at al-Aqsa university, they were selected randomly from five colleges. The researcher developed a questionnaire as a tool for collecting information, the questionnaire consisted of 50 item divided into three axes, and the questionnaire was administrated during the first semester of the academic year 2017-2018. The results of the study showed that using applications of smart devices in learning is medium, with average (2.039), the results showed that the importance of using applications of smart devices in learning is medium, with average (2.125), The impediments of using applications of smart devices in learning is medium, with average (2.051). There were no statistically significant differences at level (α = 0.05) attributed to the variables of the study.
