Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the role of e-learning in activating the classroom environment and its use in Farwaniya Governorate schools in Kuwait from the point of view of supervisors and principals. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used through a questionnaire consistingof 20 items distributed into four domains to reveal the role of e-learning in activating the classroom environment in the schools of Kuwait. The sample of the study consisted of 35 supervisors, and 13principals.The sample was selected randomly. The results of the study showed that the domains of usinge-learning in the classroom environment was of a moderate degree, the domain of "activating the classroom environment" stood in the first rank, while the domain of "interaction with students and teacher" came in last. The results also indicated that the role of e-learning in activating the classroom environment as a whole and in all domains was at a moderate degree, the domain of "activating the classroom environment" came in the first rank, while the domain of "interaction with the subject matter" was placed in the last rank.
