Job Satisfaction of Full – time Academic Advisors at Al- Quds Open University

This study aimed at identifying the level of job satisfaction of full - time
academic advisors at Al- Quds Open University in Palestine. The study
population consisted of the full- time academic advisors at the University for
the academic year 2004/2005, whose number is 200 advisors. The researcher
applied a special questionnaire which of 30 items that covered four fields.
The results revealed that the level of job satisfaction of full - time advisors
was of medium degree in general, and the highest level in terms of fields was
the area of the salary and motivations. In the light of the findings, the study
suggested some recommendations.
